Just as a heads up I can't vouch for how good the homer simpson costume will be. We had "Spiderman" a while back and it was probably the most ghetto costume I've ever seen in my life. But if Homer's as bad as Spiderman it'll at least be good for a laugh.
I do always get a kick out of the Thirsty Thursday. A: It's the only day when beers are affordable. B: It's a good time observing the Widmer Beer Garden. Some of what you'll see down there is quite humorous. To wit; the Daily Double of Douchebaggery (a dude wearing a pink collared shirt and a camoflage "cadet" style hat) has been spotted down there.
